If there were clear answers, we would have solved this problem by now. If the need to eat were purely biological, we likely would eat healthful foods, knowing that the body needed certain nutrients to survive. And we are in a rush because we don’t manage our time well. Eating out has become a fast and easy meal time solution for many people. A huge reason why we eat out is, we are in a rush. (Yes, I’m an angry Londoner!)
